Man(ning) he's bad
This just in, Eli Manning is a disaster. I have always been skeptical of Peyton’s younger brother but Monday night confirmed my concerns that Manning was overrated and underexperienced.
The numbers (19-of-41 for 230 yards, one touchdown and two picks) don’t tell the whole story either. Manning completed several passes in the first quarter when the Jaguars were playing a prevent defense, and those passes actually improved his numbers. Manning also had a lost fumble erased because of a penalty call. At this point in time, Eli Manning is a bad quarterback and should not be started in any leagues.
Manning’s struggles aren’t good news for Plaxico Burress, Tiki Barber, Brandon Jacobs or Jeremy Shockey so knock them all down a few notches on your board.
Oh yeah, I loved the stat from ESPN which stated that Eli Manning is the league’s worst passer on third downs. Way to come through in the clutch, Mr. “I want to play in
But don’t worry Eli, it’s not like your last two horrific games were on national TV or anything.

Bardwell, I just knew somebody was going to bring up the drops. Sure there were a couple but I guarantee there were more "bad passes" than drops. How about that screen pass to Tiki early in the game? How about the horrible throw to Burress that Ronde Barber should have been a touchdown (I agree). His passes and judgement were just horrible. I don't have him as a top-20 QB right now.

You're right...Wilford is clearly the guy in Jacksonville right now. I have no clue what happened to Williams, and I'm starting to think he might be a Derek Lowe like head case who suffers even more when he isn't confident. Thanks for keeping me honest and calling me out on that one!
on the eli subject, i'm a giants fan and he has been doing terrible the pass he under threw to plaxico by 15 yards was the game against jacksonville. if he under throws by say just 5 yards it's a 75 yard touchdown, intead its a pick
