The Priest

I don't care if you're a Larry Johnson owner. I don't care if you're not even a football fan. How can anyone not feel good for Priest Holmes this week as he gets a start against a shoddy run defense (Denver).

Some reports are even suggesting Larry Johnson is out for the season. If that's the case, Holmes will get a chance to touch the ball 15 times a game as he'll likely share carris with Kolby Smith. Both Smith and Holmes should no longer be free agents in your league. If they aren't grab 'em.

Coach, I'm here seeking some much needed advice. I'm in a dog fight this week with a very good team in my league, and by all accounts it should be a close one. My kicker, Gostowski, is on bye, and I picked up John Kasay but I'm having second thoughts due to the lackluster Carolina Offense. I wanted to see if you liked any of the following alternatives better than Kasay: John Carney, Jeff Wilkins, Dave Rayner, Rian Lindell, Jay Feely, Mare, Tynes or Janikowski. Thanks

I know this means nothing now, but I had Tynes ranked highest on that kicker list because I expected it to be more of a two-way shootout. In the future please email me at tonyfarmer45@yahoo.com and I'll be able to answer your question sooner. Sorry!
